This is Edamame a 14 year old blind and deaf Chihuahua mix. She loves going for sniffing walks to check her pee-mail and catch up on all that neighborhood happenings.

I love meeting your little loves (dogs, cats, and more) and becoming a trusted caretaker for when you need extra hands. Whether your dog is shy, exuberant, playful, fearful - I get how hard it is to leave them and to trust the person you are leaving them with. Let’s chat about how my experience as a professional dog trainer and as a mom to pets with medical and behavior issues can help you and your pet be comfortable while you are away.

We have a small farm on 1.5 acres in which our pet sitting clients love exploring all of the enriching smells and sounds while they stay here.

Tyson seems to be on the mend now as we are about two weeks out from emergency surgery on his neck. On one of her last walks we went to a local trail and smelled all the smells. She got pretty tired and was really ready to go home!! I’ll miss this kiddo so so so much and the relationship we developed in our short 7 months together. 💜 #seniordog #seniordogsofinstagram #sniffari #slowwalkstogether
Took a little stroll outside the local dog park this morning so EdaBeda could sniff and mark to her little hearts content. We were warmly greeted by a fellow pet parent with their elderly doggo. I know it doesn’t look like much, but this is the picture I’ve always wanted to take of Edamame and I managed to take it this morning. She’s sitting, alert, and waiting for me to come back to her. Her little ears, eyes, and sweet expression unbelievably tug on my heartstrings. Over the months with her, we worked on a routine of getting her settled on the couch so she could catch up on her rest. Some days - it would work and I’d return to her still sawing logs like a champion logger and, then other times, I’d come back to the living room seeing her sitting like this - just waiting for me to return. We’ve got one full day left together and I hope I can make her as comfortable as possible. 😭 💔 Incredible thanks to @sdhumanesociety for taking this kiddo in when she was a stray and being a part of her journey to me. Edamame and I went for a snifarri walk this morning at a local park. She is 14.5 and has her end of life date set. I’m hoping we can get a few more good moments like this in before her appointment comes. 😭 When I adopted her from @sdhumanesociety I did not know how long we’d have together. I currently only offer in person services to the Escondido area to homes within 5 miles of our farm (located in 92026).

A travel fee will be calculated based on mileage and added to the price of services.
